KCC 16th Activity Insadong Food Town @ Sentosa Review

We had our passing of baton, so now I (Tian Tian) attended the next activity purely for the interest of going to Insadong Food Town with this lovely batch of juniors.

It was basically a foodcourt with solely Korean or Korean Fusion Food. It is resembles half of Insadong considering amount of artistic features integrated into the shop. The other half looks pretty much like the Joseon houses.

Then they had the automatic ordering machine where we ordered our food. Here's a glimpse on what we had!

Rice Cake with SPAM/Crabstick (below) from Street Food Stall 1 as seen above.

Korean Mandu or what we call the Xiao Long Bao.

And here we have our new chairman with her favourite Xiao Long Bao. :)

Korean Spicy Squid Rice...

Jajangmyeon...

Cold Buckwheat Noodles...

Kimchi Soup...

Beef...

Some Korean Curry...

And Bibimbap!

And Kimchi Baked Rice!

Selfie time!!!

We had like a superb time...

Before Round 2--Bingsu Time!!! Opps 'someone' ate our cherry just before we press the shutter! Here's our Strawberry, Mango and Mixed Fruits (Strawberry, Mango and Kiwi) Bingsu!

That pretty much rounded up our trip here! Its a pleasant experience after all. :)

Byes~

KCC 15th Activity Passing the Baton cum Dae Ssik Sin (Nex) BBQ Buffet

Finally we reached the start of the new year, and as much as we miss KCC, we will have to pass our baton to capable young people to continue the legacy :)

This year we have 12 new members joining us. As such, we had a 'step-up and step-down' gathering at Dae Ssik Sin (Nex) BBQ Buffet.

At the same time as we enjoy the gathering, we also plan to do a simple review on Dae Ssik Sin (Nex) BBQ Buffet! DDS is a buffet restaurant that I (Tian Tian) liked very much. It is not only value for money, but also authentic. And that's exactly why our club went there for our BBQ gathering. Here are some photographs I took prior to our gathering. (Dinner Menu)

There was Bossam, Kimbap and some additional beef for the dinner menu. As for the lunch menu, we had quite a bit of meat and side dishes too, photos below (Lunch Menu) Pardon me as I forgot to take pictures of the meat, but we had pork belly, beef and bacon etc. Oh there was also Boys Over Flowers' Gu Joon Pyo's (aka Lee Min Ho's) favourite Fish Cake Soup there too!

And last but not least, our group photo :) Overall it was a satisfying meal good for gatherings :) Value for money ($14.90++ per pax for our lunch)
